POLICIES
Leasing policies at Piche Rent a Car El Salvador.
If the client reserves the vehicle with 50% of the rental price, and the latter cancels the lease; A minimum of 4 days of rental will be deducted from this as a penalty for reserving your preferred vehicle.
If during the time that I cancel for our services, I buy an insurance or an additional whatever it was, and there was no need to use it.
There will be no cash back.
If during the lease period an accident occurs and our vehicle is involved, it will be transported by crane to our offices or authorized workshops.
Refund: We reserve the right to refund money.
This applies to the following:
If the customer pays for a service during certain days and only uses a part of these, there is no money back (
except in exceptional and verifiable cases or due to a national emergency decreed by the Executive Branch
).
Vehicle change:
A change will be made only and exclusively when the delivered vehicle presents some mechanical failure or abnormality, which merits a change with just reason. And another will be delivered with the same rental value; if the customer wants a higher cost vehicle, he will pay the difference per day from the moment the other vehicle is delivered.
Vehicle Replacement:
If during the rental, one of our vehicles is involved in any accident and it is necessary that it be transferred to our offices or to an authorized workshop. Piche Rent a Car El Salvador is not obliged to provide another vehicle for replacement, unless the client bears all the deductible expenses and the days that the vehicle will be under repair.
Changes are not accepted:
Changes or exchanges of any kind are not accepted for the rental of our vehicles (only cash).
Damage to the vehicle:
If upon returning the rented vehicle there is physical damage or loss of any of its components, its repair or compensation cost will be deducted from the deposit delivered at the beginning of the service. If this does not cover all expenses, the client is responsible for paying Piche Rent a Car El Salvador, as established in the lease.
Vehicle deductible:
If one of our vehicles has a claim, the customer is responsible for meeting the deductible stipulated in the lease and the days the vehicle is under repair. And if upon returning the vehicle a repair due to bad handling is necessary, the client will cancel the total damage.
Sinister:
In the event of a claim, the lease is canceled.
Give on time:
The lease agreement establishes the number of days, time of departure and delivery of the vehicle. If the client wishes to extend the rental, he is obliged to notify Piche Rent a Car El Salvador in advance of the extra days and to cancel. If this is outside the paracentral zone, you must make the deposit to our account of the Agricultural Bank number: 003690850995
